The inside story of food poisoning is revealed as computer graphics demonstrate the stomach's invasion by millions of tiny salmonella bacteria.
As Mike Small's gut is invaded, his body fights back with cells that slither across his gut lining to take on the bacteria, and with cruder methods to flush the bacteria out - in either direction.
Each Body Story episode tells the story of a critical moment in a human life where a small event can trigger a cascade of critical reactions. The results are revelatory and visually stunning.
